Prohibition orders

Applications
 

  • Applications by the lessor or lessee for an order terminating or varying the lease where a prohibition order is in place (Application Form RPT13).
     

Appeals
 

  • Appeals against the service of a prohibition order (Application Form RPT11)
     
  • Appeals against a decision of the local housing authority (Application Form RPT10):
     
    • to vary a prohibition order or to refuse to revoke or vary it; or
       
    • refusing to give approval of a particular use of the whole or part of the premises specified in the prohibition order.
