Execution of works on unfit premises

Applications
 

Applications about emergency measures (Application Form RPT13):

  • applications made by a person with interest in the premises for authorisation of execution of works on unfit premises or for improvement; or
     
  • applications made by the lessor or leasee to vary or terminate a lease in cases where a prohibition order has been made.
