Appeals by a landlord
Application form HWA1 - This is the correct form to use if you are the landlord of a dwelling subject to, or marketed or offered for let under, a domestic tenancy and you wish to appeal against a decision of a Licensing Authority to revoke your registration.
Application form HWA2 - This is the correct form to use if you are a landlord of a dwelling subject to a domestic tenancy or a person acting on behalf of the landlord (agent) of a dwelling marketed or offered for let under a domestic tenancy or subject to a domestic tenancy, and you wish to appeal against a decision of the Licensing Authority:
- granting a licence subject to a condition (other than the requirement to comply with any Code of Practice issued by the Welsh Ministers);
- refusing an application for a licence;
- amending a licence;
- revoking a licence.
Application by Licensing Authority or Local Housing Authority for a Rent Stopping Order
Application form HWA3 - This is the correct form to use if you are the Licensing Authority or the Local Housing Authority (LHA) for the area in which the dwelling is located and you wish to apply for a Rent Stopping Order.
Application by Licensing Authority, Local Housing Authority or Landlord to revoke a Rent Stopping Order
Application form HWA4 - This is the correct form to use if you are the landlord of a dwelling subject to, or marketed or offered for let under, a domestic tenancy and you wish to appeal against a decision of a Licensing Authority to revoke your registration.
Application by Licensing Authority or Local Housing Authority for a Rent Repayment Order
Application form HWA5 - This is the correct form to use if you are the Licensing Authority or the Local Housing Authority for the area in which the dwelling is located and you wish to apply for a Rent Repayment Order.
Application by a Tenant for a Rent Repayment Order
Application form HWA6 - This is the correct form to use if you are the Tenant of the dwelling and you wish to apply for a Rent Repayment Order.
