Applications

Applications by persons affected (Application Form RPT3):

  • for an order requiring the local housing authority to manage in accordance with the management scheme in a final EDMO;
  • for an order requiring the local housing authority to make financial adjustments where an amount shown in the accounts as expenditure is not relevant expenditure; or
  • any person who has an estate or interest in the dwelling may apply for an order that the local housing authority pay compensation for interference to that persons rights as a result of an interim EDMO.
