Applications by a local housing authority

  • Applications by a local housing authority (Application form RPT15):
     
    • for authorisation to make an interim management order for a house in multiple occupation that is not required to be licensed;
       
    • for authorisation to make a special interim management order for a house that has not yet been designated for licensing;
       
    • for an order that an interim management order should continue pending an appeal about a replacement final management order (Section 105 (10) of the Housing Act 2004); or
       
    • for an order that an interim management order should continue pending an appeal about a replacement final management order (Section 114 (7) of the Housing Act 2004).
