Applications by a relevant landlord or affected person (Application form RPT17)
- A relevant landlord may make an application about:
- an order requiring the local housing authority to make a financial adjustment where an amount shown in the accounts as expenditure is not relevant expenditure; or
- a determination as to who is the relevant landlord in cases where a management order has ceased and is not followed by another order.
- An affected person may make an application about:
- an order requiring the local housing authority to manage in accordance with the management scheme in a final management order.
- an order requiring the local housing authority to manage in accordance with the management scheme in a final management order.
