Appeals relating to a management order (Application form RPT16)
- A relevant person may appeal:
- a decision of the local housing authority to make an interim or final management order;
- against the terms of a management order;
- against the terms of an interim management order (but only in relation to section 110 (5)(a) and (b) Housing Act 2004); or
- against a decision or a refusal of a local housing authority to vary or revoke an interim or final management order.

- A third party may appeal:
- a decision by a local housing authority as to whether compensation should be paid to a third party for interference in that persons rights because of a interim or final management order.
