- Application by a site owner for approval to temporarily relocate the home on another pitch forming part of the site (Application Form MH13)
- Application by an occupier for an order that where the owner has relocated the home for the purposes of carrying out replacement or repairs to the base the owner must provide that on completion of the works the home is returned to the original pitch (Application Form MH14)
