Upcoming tribunals

The Residential Property Tribunal Wales is an independent tribunal that has been set up to resolve disputes relating to private rented and leasehold property. Tribunal hearings are usually open to the public to attend.

During the current Covid-19 Pandemic, the tribunal are holding hearings via its CVP (Cloud Video Platform). Details of the date and type of case are provided below for those hearings currently listed to take place via this platform. Anyone wishing to observe a hearing should contact the tribunal administration team at rpt@gov.wales.
